About this product
A hard day’s work requires an equally hard-working soap. Our La Tierra Bar Soap (formerly Man Bar) blends sage, cedarwood and vetiver essential oils to create a uniquely earthy scent reminiscent of a day spent outdoors. Infused into a base of all-natural ingredients including beeswax and avocado oil, it forms a bar of soap that is as effective as it is enjoyable to use. Tried and true by Los Poblanos farmers, this soap lets you enjoy the essence of the land (while removing it from your hands).
Expert tip: Rub Lavender Salve onto dry knuckles and cuticles after washing hands.

Grown on the farm and made by hand
What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
Made by hand
Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the the first lavender harvests.
Regenerative farming
A significant percentage of the property is dedicated to regenerative farming, a model driven by sustainability and stewardship of the land, ecosystem, culture and community.
