As the headquarters of Los Poblanos’ gin distillery and lavender production facility, Town & Ranch is the creative and operational heart of our brand. Housed in a historic mid-century building along the original Route 66, the adaptive reuse of the space highlights our commitment to preservation. Just as Los Poblanos is the Ranch, this remarkable building is our Town, a gathering place where tradition, design and community meet. By day, explore the shop and distillery; by night, enjoy a vibrant cocktail lounge with signature drinks, light bites and seasonal offerings.

Warehouse Shop & Refill Station
Town & Ranch offers Los Poblanos botanical gin alongside a curated selection of New Mexican beer, wine and spirits. Discover artisanal market foods, barware, home objects and signature Los Poblanos lavender apothecary products. Shop for an elevated nosh board, a thoughtful gift or your favorite bottle of gin, then step into the bar to enjoy a signature cocktail.
We are pleased to offer lavender bath and body product refills exclusively at Town & Ranch. Bring your favorite container or purchase an elegant glass bottle to fill, straight from the source, and find hand-milled soaps sold by weight.
Town & Ranch is also home to our one-and-only sale shelf, featuring deeply discounted items from past seasons or discontinued collections.

Cocktail Lounge
The cocktail lounge at Town & Ranch offers an eclectic throw-back vibe with signature drinks and a menu of lite bites. Sample a selection of classic and signature gin cocktails inspired by the fields of Los Poblanos and developed by our talented bar team.

Happy Hour: 3 – 5 PM
No reservations required. Children under 16 are not allowed in the tasting lounge. Minors 16 or older must have a guardian present.
Distillery
For over two decades, Los Poblanos has cultivated and distilled botanicals on our historic farm in the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. What began with lavender essential oil and botanical hydrosols for artisan spa products has evolved into the creation of our award-winning botanical gins.
Crafted by a team of dedicated farmers, gardeners, herbalists, distillers and mixologists, our western-style gins draw on ancient steam distillation techniques and a thoughtfully curated blend of botanicals that express the flavor of Los Poblanos’ historic farm and gardens and the essence of the Rio Grande Valley.
Guided distillery tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at the process from field to bottle, including small-batch gin tastings and insight into the art of blending botanicals to create our distinctive spirits.

Farm Shop Norte
Farm Shop Norte offers a unique Los Poblanos experience in downtown Santa Fe. One block north of the Santa Fe Plaza, Farm Shop Norte is housed in a renovated 1935 Sinclair Oil gas station/farm supply store.

The Farm Shop
Our flagship Farm Shop is set within a beautifully renovated historic dairy barn beneath our original 1934 silos. The experience reflects the sense of place found in this corner of the Rio Grande Valley.
Grown on the farm
We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
Made by hand
Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the the first lavender harvests.
Regenerative farming
A significant percentage of the property is dedicated to regenerative farming, a model driven by sustainability and stewardship of the land, ecosystem, culture and community.
