Processing Orders

Orders are typically processed between one and three business days. Express orders are processed within one business day. Processing time does not include shipping. Los Poblanos is not responsible for orders shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses. Please contact online@lospoblanos.com if an address needs to be updated. Orders cannot be modified after they have shipped.

Shipping Orders

Standard Shipping
Our standard flat-rate shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order. Additional shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping times can take 2-5 business days after processing but may take longer during peak seasons.

Express Shipping
Express orders placed before 2 pm Monday – Friday ship from our facility the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends ship the following business day.

International Shipping
We accept international orders to Canada. Shipping times can range between 7-30 business days due to customs.

Signature Required for Delivery
Los Poblanos is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. To protect your order select the $6 signature requirement for delivery in your cart before checkout.

Packing Material
Los Poblanos is committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Your order may be shipped in repurposed, recycled or reused packaging. The green bubble wrap is made from up to 40% recycled content.

Tracking Information

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed. To view order details and tracking information, sign up for text alerts or resend digital gift cards, click "View your order" at the bottom of your confirmation email. 

Delivery

If you receive confirmation that your order was delivered but have not received it, please give it 24 hours for courier processing. If your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact the courier or Los Poblanos to resolve.

Los Poblanos is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as successfully delivered. We offer multiple shipping options during the checkout process, including a $6 “Signature Required for Delivery” option for additional security. If you did not select this service, Los Poblanos is not liable for the loss.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please have your order number ready and contact us. Damaged or incorrect items can be reshipped or refunded. View our Refund & Return policy.

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed by December 10th will be processed and shipped before December 25th. Orders placed after December 10th will still be processed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee arrival by December 25th. To expedite your order, choose local pick-up at Town and Ranch or express delivery upon checkout.
