We love New Mexico and Los Poblanos coffee! We liked so much that I ordered more when we returned to Oregon. Each time we grind the beans, the aroma reminds us of sunny skies and the Land of Enchantment 🥰
The set is packaged well and the wooden spoon is a plus. These were a Xmas present from a friend who went to New Mexico. I found the spices interesting but not too different. They are mild, but not much flavor :( I did send a set to my son-in-law who's a Chef in DC. I'm waiting for his opinion.
