Used by our farmers to harvest lavender, the Japanese Hori Hori knife, which roughly translates to "dig dig", was designed to be the ultimate multi tool in your garden.
Equipped with a walnut handle and 6 3/4 inches tempered steel blade, this tool just feels right in your hand. Pound in garden markers or tent stakes with the flat base. Measure planting depth with inch marks on the back of the knife. Saw branches or whittle kindling with the double-edged blade. The added twine cutter doubles as a beverage opener at the end of a long day. The perfect tool for any gardener, camping enthusiast, landscaper, or general handyman.

The stainless steel belt clip enables easy carrying and accessibility, while the strong leather strap and copper snap keep your knife exactly where you want it. What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.
