About this product

Honey notes with a beautiful bouquet of berries and roses - this South African honeybush tea combines dutch lavender and fennel with creamy, fair trade Indian vanilla bean. Honeybush is a close relative to red rooibos, though sweeter and with a slightly fuller body. Its honey-scented flowers impart a sweet flavor and earn this plant's nectarous name. Enjoy a smooth, sweet flavor with calming notes of lavender.

How to use

Steep for 5-7 minutes in 8-10 oz of boiling water. Add a drizzle of Los Poblanos Lavender Honey for a flavor boost and extra sweetness.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.

Made by hand

Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the the first lavender harvests.
