About this product
Made right here in the Los Poblanos kitchen, our signature House-Made Granola has taken on the air of an old family recipe. It's been tried and tested until we found the perfect blend of organic oats, pecans and currants, elevated with a touch of sweetness from maple syrup and richness from brown sugar and vanilla. Sprinkled over yogurt along with seasonal fruit, it becomes a wholesome and nourishing breakfast. Or take some with you on the go - our granola also serves as an excellent trail mix.
Expert tip: To make LP-infused energy bites, warm ½ a cup of your favorite all-natural nut butter in a saucepan along with 2 tablespoons of Lavender Honey and ½ a teaspoon of Lavender Salt until well combined. Of the heat, stir in 1½ cups of House-Made Granola. Let cool slightly, then roll into balls and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
Made by hand
Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the the first lavender harvests.
Regenerative farming
A significant percentage of the property is dedicated to regenerative farming, a model driven by sustainability and stewardship of the land, ecosystem, culture and community.
