How to use

How it's made

We are proud to partner with local beekeepers from Taos to Las Cruces whose bees pollinate a mix of native wildflowers, agricultural crops and backyard gardens. Each batch varies slightly in color and flavor based on regional plants, seasons and climate conditions. Our honey is not pasteurized and does not contain any added sugars or preservatives. Just pure, raw liquid gold from the hives straight to your kitchen table.

A Special Note on our Honey
Due to colder temperatures, the honey in your order may be crystallizing. This is completely normal for our raw, organic honey, but we understand that the change in appearance can be surprising. The honey is still safe to use and just as delicious!
To return it to a smooth consistency:
· Keep out of the fridge and store in a warm location.
· Place jar in a warm water bath or under warm running water.
We do not recommend heating the honey in the microwave or stove top. Our raw, organic honey is unfiltered, unpasteurized and free from additives and preservatives. Overheating will cause the honey to lose its key nutrients.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.

Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the the first lavender harvests.
