This colorful pair of vintage tin roosters was handmade in Mexico where the art of punched tin has been passed down through the generations. Tin work in Mexico is known as hojalata and goes back as far as the 16th century. Pieces of tin are cut, shaped, embossed with a pattern and painted bright and unusual colors. A great addition to any collection.
