Steve and Andrea Prickett opened the doors of Eldora Chocolate in June 2018 and have quickly secured a place in the pantheon of Albuquerque's quality oriented small businesses. But don't take our word for it, they were included as one of the "Best 50 Chocolate Makers in America" by Food & Wine Magazine.
Located ten minutes up the road from our farm, our neighbors at Eldora love our neighborhood as much as we do. In fact, Steve was quoted in Edible New Mexico saying, "The ethos of this area is back to the farm, back to the table - let's get back to the origins of where things are."
