Crafted by our longtime partner, tea.o.graphy, this Taos-based artisan tea maker shares our commitment to sustainability, small-batch craftsmanship, and a deep love for New Mexican flavors.

Nothing beats a perfect cup of joe, except perhaps a warm cup of rich and spicy hot cocoa—or best of all, both. Cozy and uplifting, this mix of coffee and chocolate is an unbeatable pair.

Our culinary team worked closely with artisan coffee roaster and Burque neighbor Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee to create the perfect blend to sip over brunch at Campo or enjoy with a morning pastry. This medium roast combines Latin American and Indonesian beans to create a balanced cup with sweet, earthy depth, hints of nutty chocolate and notes of marzipan and molasses.

A touch of spice mixed into our Chocolate de Nuevo Mexico transforms comforting hot cocoa into an unforgettable cup. Add a scoop to the Campo Blend for a pleasantly spicy extra jolt to start the day, or simply stir it into warm milk and enjoy a cozy cup by the fire.
