Los Poblanos Rooster Rojo
If you love spicy condiments such as sriracha or kimchi, this may be your new favorite "put it on everything" sauce. Its mild heat and rich flavors work well on everything from sautéed vegetables to grilled meats. We make it fresh using our not-so-secret ingredient: organic New Mexican red chile.
Expert tip: Make a funky twist on barbeque sauce by whisking together 3 tablespoons of Rooster Rojo, 1 tablespoon of Lavender Honey and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in a saucepan over low heat. Thin with vegetable oil until sauce reaches desires consistency. Slather over chicken before grilling. Serve scattered with toasted sesame seeds, sliced scallions and lots of fresh, tender herbs.
