Very unique 1930s vintage silver Knifewing pin with a beautiful center turquoise cabochon and five delicate bottom feathers. The Knifewing is a revered symbol among the Zuni and is the hero of many folklore tales. He is often represented in human bird form with flint knife-feathered pinions and a colorful tail.
