Sourdough Green Chile Cheddar Bread
Our bakery crafts small-batch artisan offerings, including fresh bread each day using a steam-injected European oven.
This loaf is a farm favorite, taking our classic sourdough bread and incorporating New Mexico green chiles and local cheddar cheese.
Ingredients: bread flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt, green chile and cheddar cheese
Order: Orders must be placed by 2 pm on the previous day. Please call us at 505-338-1615 if you have any questions.
Pick up: Meals will be ready at 4 pm and will be available at the loading zone in front of Inn Reception for pick up between 4 pm and 6 pm.
