Our bakery crafts small-batch artisan offerings, including fresh bread like our classic French baguette. Using a steam-injected European oven ensures our baguettes have a perfectly thin and crispy crust. Best enjoyed the day they are baked.

Ingredients: bread flour, spelt flour, rye flour, salt, yeast and water

    Order: Orders must be placed by 2 pm on the previous day. Please call us at 505-338-1615 if you have any questions.

    Pick up: Meals will be ready at 4 pm and will be available at the loading zone in front of Inn Reception for pick up between 4 pm and 6 pm.
